WINNEBAGO COUNTY SPECIAL EDUCATION COOPERATIVE wishes to inform you of its intention to destroy the cumulative temporary records (special education only) of high school graduates from 2013 or anyone who became an inactive student from a Cooperative District in 2013 (moved, aged out, enrolled in private school, etc.). - This procedure is being conducted according to the Illinois School Student Records Act, 105 ILCS, 10/4. The cumulative temporary file will be destroyed after June 30, 2019. It is your right to obtain this file at a convenient time prior to its destruction. - Files cannot be mailed; they must be picked up in person. Please call the Coop office to schedule a pick-up time at 815/624-2615. Office hours are 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. - If you do not respond by the date above (June 30, 2019) the file will be destroyed.
