The New Year is a time of new beginnings and usually a time for people to make resolutions to improve their lives. Ms. Medearis had her social studies students create “New Year New Me mobiles” that they could hang in their lockers. Students had to write down, illustrate and color their resolutions on pieces of paper and tie them to their mobile. Their resolutions included: a wish they wanted for 2019, personal goals, academic goals, places to visit, one way they could help people and something they wanted to stop doing. It’s never too late in the year, or in life, to make a resolution.
